Understanding Dispensations

Our “Understanding Dispensations” series will help you make sense of the Bible!

Many times the Bible seems to be full of contradictions and mysteries. But when a reader understands that the Bible has clear “dispensations,” or eras of revealed knowledge, and that each of these dispensations should be divided from the others, then interpretation of the Bible becomes clear and the contradictions go away. For example, should a Christian today eat pork, give to everyone who asks of them, and always turn the other cheek? How can a believer today be forced to “bring all the tithes into the storehouse” (Malachi 3:10) and also “not give under compulsion, but as he has purposed in his heart” (2 Corinthians 9:7, paraphrased)? Only by dividing the dispensations do such teachings in the Bible work together in harmony.

You are invited to this important series each Wednesday night at 6:00 PM. The sessions are held in the main auditorium of the church, located at 220 Paseo del Pueblo Norte, in Taos. We would love to have you come early and join us for a fellowship supper at 5:15 PM in the church’s fellowship hall. The sessions are casual and dismiss by 7:00 PM.

Each session is led by our Preacher, Dr. Randy White, who is an expert in dispensational theology, and the founder of Dispensational Publishing House, Inc.
