Peter’s Confession: Facts and Fallacies

[fusion_text]Peter-BannerThe Apostle Peter made a confession that is one of the most familiar passages in the Bible: “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the Living God.” This confession has been used and misused through Christian history.

If Peter did not receive this knowledge through “flesh and blood,” then how did he receive it? Since Peter was given the “keys to the Kingdom,” is he the one at the pearly gates? Since Christ said “upon this rock I will build my church,” is Peter the first Pope? These questions and more will be answered in this informative sermon by Pastor Randy White.
This service is from 10:45 AM – Noon on Sunday, January 3. If you can’t join us live (or missed the live event), watch on LiveStream below. The LiveStream broadcast includes the sermon only, at approximately 11:15 AM.
You are also invited to our Adult Bible study at 9:45 AM, in which Dr. White will teach a lesson called “Mixing Kingdom and Grace.”
